The Airports Authority of India (AAI) Apprentice Recruitment 2025 for Graduate and Diploma posts does not have a conventional written examination syllabus like typical competitive exams.
The selection process is primarily Merit-Based, focused on your academic performance.
The entire selection process is streamlined and based on three main stages:
Provisional Selection (Merit-Based):
Candidates will be shortlisted strictly based on the percentage of marks obtained in their final year of the qualifying Degree or Diploma (B.E./B.Tech, B.Com/BA/BSc/BBA, or Diploma).
The highest-scoring candidates will be selected first. In case of a tie in percentage, the date of birth (older candidate prioritized) and then the date of passing will be used as tie-breakers.
Interaction & Document Verification:
Shortlisted candidates will be called for an "Interaction" and Document Verification (DV).
The "Interaction" is not a typical competitive interview but is intended to assess general suitability and confirm the candidate's interest and background. The primary purpose of this stage is to verify all original academic, age, and caste (if applicable) documents.
The date and venue will be communicated only through your registered email ID.
Final Selection:
The final engagement is based on the successful verification of all original documents, performance in the Interaction, and submission of a Medical Fitness Certificate obtained from a Government Medical Officer.
Since there is no written exam, your preparation should focus on the following:
Review Your Core Subject Knowledge: Be prepared to discuss the key concepts, projects, and practical applications related to your specific Engineering discipline (Mechanical, EEE, ECE, CS/IT, etc.) or General Stream (Commerce, Arts, Science).
AAI and Aviation Industry: Have a basic understanding of the Airports Authority of India (AAI)—its role (managing civil aviation infrastructure), its status (Miniratna Category-1 PSU), and its operations.
Apprenticeship Goals: Be ready to explain why you want to join AAI as an Apprentice and how this one-year training fits into your career plan.
Document Readiness: Ensure all your documents (Original Degree/Diploma Certificate, Mark Sheets, Aadhar Card, Caste Certificate, etc.) are perfectly in order for the Document Verification stage.
In short, there is no syllabus to study for a test; your marks in the qualifying exam are the main selection criteria.
