2. Age Limit (As on Closing Date of Application)
JTTI: 21 to 30 years

Selection Process
The selection process involves three main stages:
Shortlisting of Applications: Based on the percentage of marks obtained in the minimum essential educational qualification.
Written Test (Tier 1): OMR-based Objective Type (MCQ) exam for 150 marks.
Duration: Two hours.
Negative Marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
Skill Test/Physical Test (Tier 2): Only for candidates who qualify the Written Test.
Stenographer: Dictation (10 mins @ 80 w.p.m.) and Transcription.
LDC: Typing Test (35 w.p.m. English or 30 w.p.m. Hindi).
This stage is qualifying in nature.
Document Verification: Final selection is subject to the verification of all original documents.

Application Procedure (Offline)
Obtain Form: Download and print the Application Form from the official notification (link provided in the source text).
Fill Form: Complete the form neatly and correctly in block letters.
Affix Photograph: Paste one recent self-attested passport-size photograph on the form.
Prepare Enclosures (Self-Attested Copies):
All educational certificates (10th, 12th, B.Sc, etc.).
Birth Certificate or Matriculation certificate (for age proof).
Caste/Disability/Ex-Servicemen Certificates (if applicable).
Photocopies of two valid ID proofs.
One self-addressed envelope with a postal stamp of ₹5 affixed.
One extra self-attested passport-size photograph (total two required).
