Experience Requirement
Deputy Manager (Legal): Requires 3 years of post-qualification practical experience at the Bar and/or in a reputed organization in Company/Civil/Labour Laws.
Other Posts: No prior experience is required for the other Deputy Manager posts or the JHT post based on the primary qualification.

The selection procedure varies for the two main post groups.
1. Deputy Manager (HR/F&A/C&MM/Legal)
